Writing

Most of our writing this month past month was on our Library book that was sent off last week to be published.

Reading

We are having a great time on the play.  The children are memorizing their parts quickly and making the props they will use in the performance.  Please try to attend one of the performances if you can.  If you can’t make it, check out the web site for some pictures.

Math

We will continue with Geometry, measurement and Fractions this month.

Soc. Studies

We are beginning our unit on Government.  When ever you can talk to your children about how our local and state government works.

Social Skills Award

Congratulations to Katie Kostelnik for being March’s Star of the Month. April’s social skill is How to Volunteer.

Science

We have two units left this year.  We will begin Plants and Animals soon.  They are both a lot of fun because we are involved in so many hands on projects.
