Marissa McCormick selected for All-State
Choteau High School senior Marissa McCormick has been chosen for the fourth consecutive year to participate in the Montana High School Association sponsored All-State Gala Festival. Students are chosen through recorded auditions. Marissa will be playing 1st French horn in the All-State orchestra. Taylor Hodgskiss, a Choteau High School senior, was chosen as an alternate for the All State Band for his alto saxophone audition.
This event is in conjunction with the Montana Music Educators conference in Bozeman, October 15-16. The All-State groups will rehearse on Thursday and Friday and present a concert, open to the public, on Friday evening. Congratulations Marissa and Taylor!
Fall Concert is October 20
The Fall Concert for grades 7-12 is scheduled for October 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Admission is $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for students, or by activity ticket.
