What is Grammar Punk? Grammar Punk is a comprehensive, interactive system
that teaches and reviews basic grammar, punctuation, spelling, and conventions through expository and creative writing.

As part of our poetry unit, students have the option to particiapte in the National Endowment for the Arts program Poetry Out Loud.
Students will select, study, memorize and recite a poem from the program anthology.
Several students have represented Choteau High School at the state competition.

4th Quarter: Montana Book Circles
During 4th quarter, sophomores will explore questions of identity and sense of place through a contemporary Montana book of their choice.
Students will engage in discussion with their peers and collaborate on a final project and presentation.
Some of the books were obtained through a grant from DonorsChoose.org.
