This Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to the Choteau Booster Club for making our staff feel truly seen, valued, and celebrated. From thoughtful gestures to unwavering support, the Booster Club continues to show up for our school in big and small ways—and our teachers feel the impact.
We’re also incredibly grateful to Badger Track for donating beautifully engraved cups that our staff will treasure, to Sherrl Rice for her thoughtful financial donation that brought in a box of doughnuts to brighten the morning, and First Bank of Montana for providing a warm and welcoming spread of coffee, cookies, and creamers.
Each of these acts may seem small on their own, but together they reflect something much bigger—they’re a powerful reminder of how deeply this community values its educators. The kindness and generosity shown this week are a direct reflection of the heart of Choteau, and how much our schools matter to the people who live here.
To every individual and organization who made this week special: thank you. Your efforts didn’t just bring smiles—they brought encouragement, joy, and a renewed sense of purpose to those who give so much to our students every day.
We are proud to live and work in a place where teachers are not only appreciated—but championed. Thank you, Choteau, for lifting them up in such meaningful ways.

Let's give a shout-out to Mrs. Shelby Daley, another dedicated paraprofessional in our school!

Have a great day!

Bob Chacon and Bruce Coccoli with the Montana Masonic Foundation presented Mrs. McCollom with a check for $1457.75. Mrs. McCollom will use this grant money to purchase a variety of audio picture books for the elementary library. We want to thank the Montana Masonic Foundation for its generous donation in support of literacy.

We’re thrilled to share that our school levy passed last night with a 2-to-1 margin of support! 💛
This strong outcome is a testament to our community's trust and belief in Choteau Schools. Your vote is more than just a number—it’s a statement that you value education, support our staff, and believe in the future we’re building together.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, spread the word, and cast a vote. We don’t take your support for granted, and we’re committed to using it wisely to keep moving our schools forward.
